THE SILVER FERN™ ELEVATED PLAN

I have partnered up with The Silver Brand to educate people on the importance of gut health and the effects it has on weight loss and metabolism. I am a huge advocate for fitness and nutrition because I think it’s extremely important to keep your body healthy and active. Being that it’s the new year, a lot of people have weight loss and fitness goals for 2017, so I thought it would be the perfect time to go over THE SILVER FERN™ ELEVATED PLAN. I know the words “weight loss” and “diet” might throw some people off, but I was intrigued by the THE SILVER FERN™ ELEVATED PLAN because it gives you seven easy steps to follow the plan and probiotic products to help you achieve your goals.

I can personally attest that living a healthy lifestyle involves both diet and fitness and I’m sure you’ve all heard the same. However, it doesn’t matter how many times you work out, if your diet isn’t on point, then you won’t see results.  I also occasionally struggle with gut health and experience bloating as I’m sure all of you have at one point or another too. I always make it a priority to get my gut health on point so I was very excited to try the probiotics and follow the plan.  Before I jump into a review of the Elevated Plan, I thought the below page from the Elevated Plan would be helpful to give you guys a generic overview of the products and the benefit:

And below are the seven steps outlined in the plan:

  1. FOLLOW YOUR CURRENT DIET PLAN
  2. START TAKING THE RIGHT PROBIOTICS
  3. EAT MORE FIBER
  4. REDUCE SUGAR AND REFINED CARBOHYDRATES
  5. ELIMINATE ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS
  6. FAST INTERMITTENTLY
  7. DRINK WATER!

As you can see, some of the steps are pretty straight forward such as eating more fiber, reducing sugar, refined carbohydrates, eliminating artificial sweeteners and drinking water. The probiotics are another role in the plan and I received the Paka Baking Mixes, Kai Meal Replacement Shake, Wai Priobitic Drink Mix and the Ultimate Probiotic Supplement. All of the products are amazing because I knew they contributed positively to my gut health journey. The Paka Baking Mixes were easy to use and are low in sugar, calories, high in protein, high in fiber low net cars and gluten free (except for the pancakes). I drank the Kai Meal Replacement Shake after my workout, the Wai Probiotic Drink Mix in the afternoon and the Ultimate Probiotic Supplement in the morning.

I personally love plans and guides because it’s easy for me to keep myself accountable. I think when you are on a fitness or health journey, it is easy to get distracted and fall off the plan. However, the Elevated Plan is very straight forward and isn’t very complicated. It might seem like a lot to remember and do at a quick glance, but once you get into the routine, it isn’t as difficult as it seems.

I have been loving my gut health and think it has never been better. I have weed out artificial sweeteners and reduced by sugar and carbohydrate intake. I feel like those changes in addition to incorporating the products from the plan has helped me become more healthy. My main goal this year isn’t to lose weight, but to have a healthy gut and maintain an active lifestyle. You can also download the THE SILVER FERN™ ELEVATED PLAN for free here. Let me know what your thoughts are on this plan and what your fitness goals are for this year!

Sugar is definitely my problem! I’m almost certain it’s why I can’t fully meet my fitness goals because I do pretty much everything you have on your list. I can agree, that probiotics are a must for all diets!

The Silver Fern plan sounds amazing! I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been indulging a bit more than usual these past few weeks, especially with relatives over and my birthday the week before that. I definitely need to get back on track with my gut health so this post came just in time! 🙂

So glad you enjoyed it. This month is definitely difficult for me too because it is also my birthday month and I have other activities going on as well, but I just have to remember to stick to healthy choices.

I also think we neglect our gut health so often … I can only agree that looking great and healthy outside comes from being healthy on the inside too. I drink a lot of water which helps me reduce my bloating and gut discomfort!

I definitely need to cut down my sugar intake but I have no willpower. I’ve heard how important probiotics are and taking care of your gut health but haven’t really given it much thought until now. Thanks for sharing this brand and educating me on gut health. I do need to be more mindful of what I injest and make sure that it is the right things for my body. I need to get some of these products and start working towards my healthy resolutions! xoxo, Christine

Thanks for educating us about the important of keeping a healthy gut. I actually have been learning some things about the gut recently as well. Although I have a fast metabolism and weight has never really been an issue that I’ve been concerned with, I hope to get more healthy and be active this year. I think it makes a huge difference on your skin and overall wellbeing!

I’m all about improving gut health and taking probiotics. My dad’s a GI doctor, so I’m down with the brown and all the poopology that goes with it haha. Fiber, probiotics, less sugar, more water, are all great ways to help. Sounds like a great plan and product!

I always deal with bloating g now that I have moved to the US. The food is different from.what my body is used to & eating clean and adding the right nutrition, vitamins, lots of sleep and drinking a lot of water is the only thing I can always rely heavily on, especially when I’m travelling. These supplements sound really easy to add to your life. I used to have an amazing dietician and nutritionist since I worked out 10-14 hours a week. I’ll have to check these out. Thanks for sharing.
