Okay, I know I’m not the only one who has a sweet tooth at night. Instead of munching on ice cream, candies or other sweets, I’ve found a solution to my cravings and it’s actually a healthy alternative. It’s so easy and fast to make and only contains two ingredients! The answer to all your sweet cravings prayers is chia seed pudding! Now, I know some of you may not like chia, but I love those little seeds. Not only are they a great source of fiber and healthy fats, but they make you fuller and the Omegas 3 help to lower blood pressure, bad cholesterol and inflammation.

This snack tastes just as good as ice cream, if not better! I love making this in the morning and saving it for the night. The best part is that you can have this as your morning meal, afternoon snack or nighttime snack. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
