I only write reviews on products that I truly believe in and I cannot rave enough about Arctic Zero Fit Frozen Desserts!!! I am literally losing my mind as I am writing this post. I have been fortunate to try five amazing flavors from Arctic Zero including cool mint chip, cookie shake, toasted coconut, cookie dough chip and buttery pecan.
What peaked my original interest in these ice cream products was the nutritional facts. Firstly, let me start by saying that I am a huge fitness junkie and I work out all the time. I also love food just as much and I am a huge sucker for ice cream. With that being said, I find it very difficult to find healthy dessert options. Sure, I’ll have ice cream here and there but I definitely feel limited in my choices. I was pleasantly surprised that Arctic Zero is low glycemic, lactose free, gluten free and GMO free. In addition, each pint is made up of 12 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber and only 150 calories! I honestly couldn’t believe what I was reading. Finally, there’s a product on the market that is guilt free for health fanatics like myself.
My favorite flavor definitely has to be cool mint chip. One spoonful of it is like a taste of heaven and it feels great to know that I am not consuming a lot of calories and fat. Not only is it delicious but it’s definitely on the healthier side, which makes me feel good about eating it. I love eating it myself or adding it to my breakfast waffle like in the picture above. 🙂
