I’m back with another healthy recipe and couldn’t help, but to make it pumpkin flavored since we are still in October and it’s pumpkin season! I will be sharing how you can make pumpkin peanut balls, but I cannot take full credit for this. Here’s the original link to the recipe and all the ingredients will also be listed below.

I’m a huge fan of oatmeal and I eat it on a daily basis because it’s full with fiber and nutrients that keep me full and satisfied in the morning.

I normally add protein, fruits and nuts, which is my go to breakfast. However, I also love getting creative and explore other recipes that incorporates oats, especially snacks that I can take on the go. I always use Quaker Oats because that’s the brand I was introduced to when I was younger.

It’s also a staple in my household and I honestly stock them in my pantry.

Quaker is taking this month to celebrate the versatility of oats and calling it “Oatober” which I thought was very clever.

This recipe is also very simple, so if you have some downtime in the weekend, feel free to try this and let me know what you think! I love putting the pumpkin peanut balls into zip lock bags, so I have a delicious snack when  I am hungry. These also are great to make for an event or get together and since Thanksgiving is coming up, I think this would make a great dessert.

There’s something satisfying with the taste of pumpkin and peanut butter, which is why I love this recipe.

It was also my first time making it and I’m very happy with the outcome. Feel free to check Quaker’s website here for more information on the brand or recipes. Let me know if you like oatmeal and how you eat them!
