APRIL 2019 GOALS

Approaching the first quarter of 2019 has made me realized how productive and great this year has been so far! We’re only three months in and I feel like I’ve been on more adventures and travels than I ever imagined. I truly believe in the law of attraction and manifestation because I have successfully set my goals and desires into existence.

For the month of March, I had three simple goals and they were to 1) pre-record episodes for my podcast, The City Confessions 2) increase workout intensity 3) mentally prepare for my Asia trip. Currently, I have two additional episodes pre-recorded for my podcast and I am proud of sticking with my schedule. Although, I originally wanted to have 4 episodes pre-recorded, I still would add a check mark to this goal because two weeks in advanced has always been my minimum.

In regards to the workout intensity, I would like to check that off as well since I have been training with my trainer for the last month for 2-3x a week. And last but not least, I surely was able to mentally prepare myself for my Asia trip and I’ll write abut all my experiences in the next coming blog posts!

For April, I have come up with the below 3 monthly goals:

  1. Stay home: This is an odd goal for me because I’m such a frequent traveler but I actually want to stay home this month because I know I have a lot of travels starting in May. Since I have been gone for the last two weeks, I always like to return home and get back into my daily routine. I am looking forward to cooking my own meals, working out with my trainer, going on meetings, etc.
  2. Commit to the Clean Program: Summer is right around the corner and I am buckling down with my diet this month! If you haven’t heard of the Clean Program, then be sure to be on the lookout for my review after I complete the 21 Day Cleanse. I have done this program before but I am making it a priority to be as strict as possible. I know I will have to make some sacrifices especially for a few birthday celebrations and social events but I have a personal goal and I am determined to commit to it!
  3. Make progress in the gym: This goal relates to my fitness goal last month. However, I have decided that I want to master a hand stand and at least 2-3 pull ups by the end of the summer. With those in mind, I would like to make progress by practicing every week and hope to see improvements by the end of April.

I am confident that I will achieve these three goals, not because they are easy but because I have made them realistic as they align with my priorities and schedule. Writing out my monthly goals has made me more organized and focused. I never get tired or bored of doing this and I truly think this has made a dramatic impact on my life as it’s basically an agenda and to do list held at a higher accountability scale. I would love to hear what you guys have planned for the month of April!
