HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY

For some reason, when I think of St. Patrick’s Day, I think of the color lime green. I know people like to celebrate the holiday by wearing green, but I’m honestly not a big fan of that color. However, I still like to get into the spirit by participating in the dress code. I decided to wear this dark forest green blouse with lace sleeves as it fits more of my style. It’s not a bright green top that screams for attention, but it’s subtle, simple and pretty.

If I were going to a St. Patrick’s Day event, then I would definitely wear something a little more fun. However, since I was going to work, I wanted to keep my outfit in the more causal side. I definitely find the holiday enjoyable because most people do wear green and I love the fact that people in the United States get into it, even though it’s more of a religious and cultural celebration in Ireland. It was nice to see all the green in the office as well as strangers on the streets. Do you participate in the holiday by wearing green?
